Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Estimated lead times are provided as guidelines only and may vary due to production schedules, supplier availability, shipping carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond CornerWerks' control.

Orders may ship in multiple packages depending on product availability.


Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

All shipping charges are non-refundable.

If an order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost incurred by CornerWerks may be deducted from any eligible refund.


Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate before placing an order.

CornerWerks is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather-related delays
  • Delivery interruptions beyond our control
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, customers should first check with household members, neighbors, leasing offices, property management, or other authorized recipients before contacting CornerWerks.


Damaged Shipments

Customers should inspect all packages immediately upon delivery and, whenever possible, in the presence of the shipping carrier.

Any shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

All shipping damage claims must be initiated by the customer with the respective carrier.

CornerWerks will assist customers by providing supporting documentation when reasonably available.

Please retain:

  • The damaged product
  • Original shipping cartons
  • Packaging materials
  • Shipping labels

for carrier inspection.

CornerWerks reserves the right to request photographs of:

  • The damaged product
  • External packaging
  • Internal packaging
  • Shipping labels

CornerWerks will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving shipping damage claims and may provide an appropriate resolution based on the specific circumstances of each case.


Refused, Returned, or Undeliverable Shipments

Any shipment refused by the recipient or returned as undeliverable may be subject to:

  • Return shipping charges
  • Carrier fees
  • Handling fees

These charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.

International shipments refused due to unpaid duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage fees may not be eligible for a refund.


International Orders

Customers are solely responsible for all applicable:

  • Import duties
  • Taxes
  • Customs fees
  • Brokerage fees
  • Government-imposed charges

These charges are not included in product pricing or shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

CornerWerks is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.


Lost Shipments

If a shipment is lost in transit, please contact CornerWerks as soon as possible.

CornerWerks will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help determine an appropriate resolution.

Resolution of lost shipment claims remains subject to the carrier's investigation and final determination.
