Warranty & Replacement Program
2-Year Limited Warranty
CornerWerks products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for two (2) years from the original date of purchase.
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from CornerWerks or an authorized CornerWerks dealer and is valid only for the original purchaser. The warranty is non-transferable.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
All warranty claims must be submitted to CornerWerks for review and inspection prior to approval.
CornerWerks reserves the right to repair, replace, or provide store credit for any product determined to be defective in material or workmanship.
Warranty Coverage
Suspension & Chassis Components
The following products are covered by a Two (2) Year Limited Warranty:
- Polyurethane Bushings
- Engine Mounts
- Transmission Mounts
- Adjustable Suspension Components
- Control Arms
- Sway Bar End Links
- Monoball Bearings
- Spherical Bearings
- Chassis & Suspension Hardware
Forged Wheels
CornerWerks forged wheels are covered by a Two (2) Year Structural Warranty against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship.
The wheel structural warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Material defects
- Structural failures resulting from defects in workmanship
- Wheels found to be out of specification from production
Wheel Replacement Program
If a CornerWerks forged wheel becomes damaged due to road hazards, potholes, curb strikes, impacts, or other non-warranty causes, the original purchaser may purchase a replacement wheel at 50% off the current MSRP.
Eligibility requirements:
- Original purchaser only
- Proof of purchase required
- Damaged wheel must be returned to CornerWerks for inspection
- Wheel must be identifiable as an authentic CornerWerks product
- Replacement wheel must be of the same specification, when available
CornerWerks reserves the right to deny replacement requests involving fraud, abuse, intentional damage, or products that cannot be verified as genuine CornerWerks products.
The Wheel Replacement Program is separate from and does not extend the standard wheel warranty.
What is Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects including:
- Material defects
- Machining defects
- Manufacturing defects
- Products found to be out of specification under normal intended use
CornerWerks may, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the product
- Replace the product
- Issue store credit
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Improper installation
- Improper fitment
- Incorrect torque procedures
- Improper maintenance
- Improper adjustment
- Modification of the product
- Accidents or collisions
- Impact damage
- Potholes
- Curb strikes
- Corrosion
- Abuse or misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Bearing wear
- Monoball wear
- Spherical bearing wear
Warranty coverage is void for damage resulting from the use of any suspension component as:
- A tie-down point
- A lifting point
- A recovery point
- A transport restraint
- A dyno securing point
For wheels, this warranty additionally does not cover:
- Bent wheels caused by impact
- Cracked wheels caused by impact
- Cosmetic damage
- Finish damage
- Road hazard damage
- Tire mounting damage
- Damage caused by improper wheel or tire installation
Track Use
Track use alone does not automatically void warranty coverage.
However, damage resulting from:
- Racing
- Competition events
- Impacts
- Collisions
- Off-track excursions
- Abuse
- Misuse
- Other motorsport-related incidents
is not covered under warranty.
Products showing evidence of impact damage, improper installation, abuse, misuse, racing use, competition use, or normal wear may be denied warranty coverage.
Warranty Exclusions
CornerWerks is not responsible for:
- Labor charges
- Installation costs
- Removal costs
- Alignment costs
- Vehicle downtime
- Shipping costs
- Track fees
- Towing expenses
- Rental vehicle expenses
- Any incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranty claims unless otherwise approved by CornerWerks.
Warranty Claim Procedure
All warranty claims require:
- Proof of purchase
- Product photographs
- Description of the issue
CornerWerks reserves the right to inspect any product prior to approving a warranty claim.
Products approved for warranty inspection must be returned before replacement, repair, or warranty credit is issued.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CornerWerks shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the installation, use, or inability to use its products.
The customer assumes all risks associated with the installation and use of aftermarket performance automotive products.
CornerWerks' maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
California Proposition 65 Warning
Certain products sold by CornerWerks may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.
