Return and Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
CornerWerks accepts returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused
Uninstalled
Unmodified
In its original condition
In its original packaging
Complete with all included hardware, accessories, manuals, labels, and documentation
Items that show signs of installation, wear, damage, modification, attempted installation, or improper handling may not be eligible for return.
CornerWerks reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.
Return Authorization
All returns must be approved by CornerWerks before being shipped back.
Customers must contact CornerWerks to request a return authorization before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused, delayed, or returned to the customer.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by CornerWerks.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If an order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost incurred by CornerWerks may be deducted from any eligible refund.
CornerWerks is not responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged, delayed, or misdelivered in transit. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service for all returns.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items will be inspected upon arrival.
Refunds will only be issued after CornerWerks has received and inspected the returned item.
If the returned item is found to be used, installed, damaged, incomplete, modified, missing parts, or not in original packaging, CornerWerks reserves the right to:
Refuse the return
Issue a partial refund
Deduct repair, repackaging, missing component, or handling costs
Return the item to the customer at the customer’s expense
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless otherwise required by law:
Installed or used products
Modified products
Products damaged due to improper handling or installation
Special-order items
Custom-made or custom-configured products
Clearance, final sale, or discontinued items
Open-box items marked as final sale
Electrical or electronic components once opened or installed
Products missing original packaging, hardware, accessories, or documentation
Gift cards or store credit
CornerWerks reserves the right to determine whether an item is eligible for return based on its condition and product type.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed, packed, produced, or shipped.
Once an order has entered processing, production, packaging, or shipment, cancellation may no longer be available.
Special-order, custom, or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once production or procurement has begun.
If a cancellation is approved, any applicable payment processing fees, supplier fees, or other non-recoverable costs may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow reasonable processing time after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Depending on the payment provider or financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on the customer’s account.
CornerWerks is not responsible for delays caused by banks, credit card companies, payment processors, or other financial institutions.
Exchanges
CornerWerks may offer exchanges depending on product availability.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, CornerWerks may offer a refund, store credit, or alternative product recommendation.
Customers may be responsible for any price difference, shipping charges, or applicable fees related to an exchange.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect item or your order is missing an item, please contact CornerWerks within 48 hours of delivery.

Photos of the package
Photos of the product received
Packing slip or shipping label, if available
CornerWerks will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution based on the specific circumstances of the order.
Damaged Shipments
Items damaged during shipping are handled under our Shipping Policy.
Customers should inspect all packages immediately upon delivery and report any shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery.
Please retain the damaged product, original shipping cartons, packaging materials, and shipping labels for carrier inspection.
Shipping damage claims may be subject to the carrier’s investigation and final determination.
Warranty Claims
Warranty claims are handled separately from returns and refunds.
A product that has been installed, used, or damaged may not qualify for return, but it may be reviewed under CornerWerks’ Warranty Policy if applicable.
Warranty coverage does not automatically guarantee a refund. Depending on the circumstances, CornerWerks may offer repair, replacement, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and government-imposed charges associated with returning a product.
Original international shipping charges are non-refundable.
CornerWerks is not responsible for customs delays, refused shipments, unpaid duties or taxes, or return costs related to international orders.
International shipments refused due to unpaid duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage fees may not be eligible for a refund.
Refused or Undeliverable Returns
Returns that are refused, abandoned, shipped to the wrong address, or returned without authorization may not be eligible for a refund.
Any additional shipping charges, carrier fees, handling fees, or storage fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.
